ROICH is an innovative 501(c)(3) nonprofit Agency based in Orlando, Florida. The organization was founded in 1995 to provide a positive influence on the quality of life of People less fortunate living in Florida. Our directors saw the same dire need in the immigrant community, and began facilitating multiple programs for the City’s residents. Our programs provide many opportunities for the attainment of individual wholeness and self-respect. Supporting the development of mind, body, and soul, ROICH has provided many individuals with a thorough foundation for success.
Since inception, our organization has demonstrated our commitment through fervent fundraising to support our human services activities. We have been fortunate to have generated adequate revenue to provide educational and social services to hundreds of individuals, and plan to significantly increase that number as we move into the future. In addition, we have served hundreds of at risk youth residing in Orlando and in the United States through our Youth Program, Families education program, citizenship education program, and Adult education. Our activities are overseen by a group of well-qualified individuals. Our diverse staff members have ties to the community, and thus possess the unique ability to relate to the target demographic. Additionally, our Board of Directors is comprised of a professional group of talented individuals who are dedicated to committing their time and resources to building a stronger community.
ROICH strives to serve as many people as possible with the resources we have available – every individual is important to our organization and we will not discriminate against anyone. By offering services that are concentrated on serving those less fortunate and addressing the greatest needs of our target community, we can make a positive contribution in helping the people we work with lead a more fulfilling life.
