It all started in Colima, Mexico where his parents came from. They emigrated to the United States where Dr. Romero grew up in Lennox, California. He graduated from high school Hawthorne High School and four years later received his Bachelors Degree in Human Biology at the University of La Sierra in Riverside, California.
Now Dr. Raymundo Romero Medical Oncologist is certified by the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Oncology, respectively. He received his medical degree in 1999 from the School of Medicine at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. Completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Martin Luther King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Maggie Carpio is a Certified Physician’s Assistant with an accomplished medical career spanning over 13 years. Fluently bilingual, English and Spanish, with the ability to provide excellent care in a diverse socioeconomic environment. Mrs. Carpio has demonstrated aptitude in leveraging knowledge of current standards of care, combined with extensive training, resulting in providing exceptional patient focused medical care. She is practiced in providing comprehensive physical examinations encompassing complete medical histories.
